There are a block of rooms reserved at the Penn Harris for the Summit until Sunday, 03/08/26 at the price of $119.00 per night. To make a reservation guests need to call the Penn Harris directly at 717-763-7117 and indicate that you are reserving a room listed under the PA Solar Center conference or make a reservation via this link.
Staying at the Penn Harris is convenient to the conference space attached to the Hotel, and it helps PASSIA and PA Solar Center meet our financial obligations to the conference contract to fill a specific number of rooms. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or advance deposit. There will be no guestroom cancellation charge for individual reservations cancelled forty-eight (48) hours in advance. If reservations are not cancelled forty-eight (48) hours in advance, a “no-show” fee, equal to one night’s room and tax charges, will be assessed.
